Refund policy

Order Issues & Faulty Pieces:

If upon arrival of your order you notice any problems, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We are a one girl and her dog team, but will always do our best to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely and fair manner.  If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we've somehow muddled up orders, we will either offer a replacement of the item, or issue a refund. Once the item is in your possession, we are not liable to refund the item, if damage is caused by your pooch.

Exchanges:

You are welcome to exchange your item if you've had a change of heart. Items for exchange must be returned in a resalable condition, using the return address found on the packaging.

Cancelling Your Order:

With items being made to order, you are able to cancel your order up to 5 days after purchase. This allows us to alter stock numbers where necessary to keep the business running smoothly, and allows you as the buyer to be sure you wish to cancel.

Returns and Refunds: 

The window for returns is up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns MUST be in a resalable condition. Items that are being returned for reasons other than faulty will require the buyer to cover postage.

For exchanges, upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement item within 24hrs, or next working day. 

If a return is agreed due to fault, or incorrect item, we will cover the postage fees. In the event of an incorrect item being received, it will need to be returned and received by us prior to the refund being issued. To ensure successful return of items, we advise using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail.
