Shipping policy

At The Baladi Boutique, each product is handcrafted to order. Our standard processing time is to get every order out within 21 full days of the purchase date, however we aim to get orders out quicker than this.

Shipping Used:

Shipping is done through Royal Mail, with a choice of 1st or 2nd class, as well as tracked shipping at checkout. We have chosen Royal Mail over other courier services, as we have found them to be more reliable when it comes to successful deliveries - especially if your address is in a more tricky to reach area!

Packaging:

As a small business we're trying to ensure we are as environmentally friendly with our packaging as possible. Small orders of a collar or standard lead, will be shipped in a 100% recycled mailer bag, which can be reused by yourself should it be needed.  For larger orders, such as multiple items, or our Wet & Wild longlines, your order will arrive in a pizza box style box, that fits within the 'Small Parcel' dimensions with Royal Mail. 

Delays:

While we do our best to ensure a timely dispatch of your order, there may be unexpected delays with delivery from our courier service. While delays can happen, The Baladi Boutique can not be held responsible for postal delays which are out of our paws. 

Should there be any concerns or delays over the arrival of your order, please get in touch as soon as possible, so we have the best chance of solving the problem.
